Force 1.0 Specialty Training on the Force Virtual Sprinting mode on the Force involves training with little to no added resistance and provides As load is added either manually, or via programmed intervals, the athlete must in turn generate more power (output so as to propel the track assembly), which functionally mimics pushing off and propelling their body down the field, court or track. This Varied Resistance Mode can be constructed to provide even more specificity to the sport once the work/rest ratio of the activity is factored in so that Energy System Development Training (ESD) is accomplished. Form Training in all training modes is made simple by the fact that the athlete is fixed in space, providing continuous “real time” form monitoring and coaching opportunity. Once running form is analyzed and coached in all phases of running performance, including fatigue states that rob the athlete of speed dependent good form, real performance gains can be coached, seen and monitored.
