G-Trainer
Training and Conditioning
Elite athletes and weekend joggers alike are always looking for technological advancements to help them run farther, faster. The G-Trainer is being adopted by athletic trainers, conditioning specialists and exercise facilities to augment training and conditioning routines, enhance performance and provide the most advanced option in reduced-impact exercise.
Overspeed Training
The G-trainer is the perfect tool for overspeed training. As the individual decreases their weight they're able to increase speed beyond what they could normally do at full weight. By doing so, they are able to run at a faster turnover rate increasing their body's familiarity with higher speeds. The muscle memory from these increased speed sessions increases the overall speed potential of the individual when at full body weight. The G-Trainer's broad variable range for weight, speed and incline allows users to customize their workout sessions in accordance to specific needs.
Long Distance Training
Long distance runners can only run so many miles before the stress of impact takes its toll on their bodies. When they pushing limits running outdoors or on conventional treadmills, the risk of stress fractures and other common running injuries significantly increases. G-Trainer users are able to increase their training volume (reportedly up to as much as 40%) by spending portions of training time running at reduced body weight.
Because the G-Trainer allows for a full range of motion, runners can experience a full stride, as they would on a track, with no upper-body restrictions. More miles means better conditioning with fewer impact-related injuries.
