WOODWAY is committed to providing our clientele with timely and effective solutions. If you are experiencing technical difficulties or have a question regarding your WOODWAY treadmill please contact the WOODWAY Service Department.

The easiest way to contact the WOODWAY service department is to fill out the online service request form. This will provide us with valuable information to enable us to find a faster solution to your problem.

Service Training Seminar

The WOODWAY Service Department will be conducting service training seminar during the IHRSA tradeshow in Los Angeles. Each attendee will receive a WOODWAY Service Manual that details the construction and servicing of WOODWAY treadmills.

Training will include:

• -SAFETY
• -FLOW OF ELECTRICITY
• -PARTS REPLACEMENT
• -CALIBRATION
• -PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
• -TROUBLE SHOOTING

The class will be taught by a Woodway Technician.  Upon successful completion of the class, you will receive a certificate from Woodway USA certifying you as a Woodway Technician.
